Brilliant service. Chap came to measure up and suggest options for 2 bathrooms and discussed our particular requirements in detail. Supply was timely and staff there were on hand to offer support and advice through the whole fitting process (nu am independent plumber). Quality product supplied, really happy with the results, would definitely use them again

Very disappointing experience. We were getting quotes for a complete revamp of our shower room - shower , toilet and basin - and have a sizeable budget to spend on the right kit. Phoned Active, made an appointment for a home visit, and the guy came out [late] and measured up. Since then.....nothing! Even after phoning them and being promised we would get a call back from the sales guy, nothing again. Very poor service, and would not recommend Active PS, to anybody. We have now arranged to have the work carried out by company that have so far shown great customer service.
