When I came for a consultation about my hair, my hair was in quite a state with badly bleached ends and a recent skin condition flare on my scalp. Sarah was very kind, considerate and helpful when we spoke about what I wanted to do with my hair and very mindful of my scalp, she explained the process and booked me in with Sharna & Clare for a balayage and cutSharna was absolutely phenomenal with my hair, the colour application was flawless and the bleaching & toning of my ends gave the exact desired effect I wanted for my hair, she listened to me throughout the process and was very friendly, accommodating & made me feel confident & comfortableMy cut by Clare was also wonderful. I have quite an odd parting and crown on my head, despite this Clare was excellent at communicating what she was doing with my cut and listening to what I wanted, i’m especially happy with the volume of my hair on-top which has given it new lifeI can’t recommend this salon enough & thank you so much for the refresh my hair needed ✨

Absolutely love my hair. Always have my haircut done from Betty since the start of the year and I love it every time. First ever time I’ve had a balayage done by Betty. Left it all to her to do what she thinks would look good for me and I have to say she did a brilliant job of it. Definitely recommend Betty! Cannot wait to go back next time to have Betty do my hair again.

Nothing is too much trouble and time is taken to discuss style, colour etc. Sarah and the team always go above and beyond to make sure each visit you are made to feel special. Great cut and colour.

Okay so I wasn't initially going to leave a review because I have previously had a phenomenal experience here and thought maybe I made a mistake in communicating what I wanted.... but I have just straightened my hair to find the layers were unevenly cut so better communication wouldn't have been the cause of that...I wanted a trim on the length with long layers and some face framing fringe around the front and walked out with what i can only describe as a wolf cut- which was not what I wanted at all. The layers are all short and uneven- longer on the right than the left and are too full and haven't been blended properly with the rest of my hair. Initially I was upset and blamed myself thinking maybe I could've been clearer but I physically don't know what more I could've said. I won't name and shame who it was but I don't think I will be returning.

I came in for the first time for a colour and cut. Best thing I ever did! Colour is amazing! Has a lovely natural tone to it but it some lights has a pinkish tone to it which I love!!! Betty did my cut and blow dry which was gorgeous she did exactly what I wanted and my hair looks amazing!!! Brought some products as well which I can't wait to use! A credit to the business these ladies! See you soon!

A genuinely friendly team, although I sensed a bit of nervousness around my daughter's curly hair. While their website promotes expertise in curly and textured hair services, I'm unsure whether this claim accurately reflects their skills or if it's merely a nod to inclusivity. Nevertheless, Clare did a good job :)

So, where to begin! My hair was just yuck (sad face) it was dry, knotty, brassy and dull, I could go on! But not anymore. I booked a consultation with Sarah in the hope that my hair could be saved and she did not disappoint. All the options, outcomes and costs were explained to me clearly, no jargon and I didn't feel I was being pushed in to having anything done or rushed to make a decision. Everyone at the salon was welcoming and had a friendly smile. I couldn't be happier and feel like the Belle of the ball. Thank you Sarah and Team x
