Called today 9/12/23 after messaging the shop about a brand lovely people very helpful and a pleasure to deal with will certainly be going back really pleased with the boots purchased and the offer of a coffee or beer was great (coffee was beaut) great shop with great stock

After being recommended by a friend, I contacted Richard and Michelle.Michelle very quickly advised me (over the phone) on size and care for the boots I required…. They were posted out rapidly and I received them the next day!!! As someone who isn’t the biggest shopping fan, it really was a brilliant experience. Don’t hesitate - give them a call!!

I was never a shoe person, but I came across Richards interesting and informative videos online and decided to pay a visit. I came away with a nice pair of shoes and have added more since, this was a few years ago now and they are all still going strong. The shop is always immaculate and the service and knowledge I believe is as good as you will get anywhere, they love what they do and it shows.

Hats off to The Shoe Room! Richard Smith's customer service is first class. 20 year old RM Williams boots sent for heal repair and purchase of an additional new pair organised a month ago. As planned, the boots posted out and arrived without fault, with the added extra of a most thoughtful Xmas gift included. Great to see such care and attention to a single telephone customer who will definitely be coming back. Can't recommend more strongly dealing with Richard and his team - awesome job and sound advice; keep it up, the effort you expend does not go unnoticed!

The Shoe Room in Doncaster is excellent. First class customer service. Talked for ages about my gait, completely different size feet, insoles, shoe making. I'm not going anywhere else for shoes. I've never had shoe shopping experience like it. Richard has a genuine interest in making sure the customer is both happy and getting what they need and want from the purchase. You won't regret a visit.
