Went for a free naturalisation appointment and everyone was very kind, efficient. The place is spacious, clean, well-organised. A honest surprise.

Reach the center 10-15 mins early and you will be asked about the appointment time and will be let in. You will have to have your passport, appointment and required documents ready. Expect to wait only a few mins and you will be called for your document scanning. Do remember a clean finger print will be taken. A good experience all in all.

Super simple and accommodating. Not the kind of place to nickel and dime you. Great pricing and quality work. Don’t let the older looking van worry you, heh, they were great!

After our biometrics upstairs which by the way was brilliant as always, we came downstairs and did not find anybody to direct us and so we tried to leave through the revolving door only for him to come out of nowhere and start asking us why we were trying to leave through the revolving and if we did not see the other exit door, as if to say we lived in St Thomas building and should know all the exit doors there. Worse off was his lack of insight and rude manner of communication which was very upsetting. He wasn’t even apologetic that he was not at his duty post to direct people as he should. Let me also add that the notice right infront of the elevator door upstairs said to exit the building through the revolving doors and that’s how we have left the building in previous visits!He definitely needs proper training both duty wise and communication wise!Just to add, our appointment today(08/10) was at 10.30.

Entrance in Faulkner Street. Street parking available. Went for an appointment. Appointment gone smoothly. Very friendly and helpful staff.

forgot my appointment which i paid £56 for it, non refundable which is understandable. but when i book again on my account on their website, of course the website knows is the same person booking again now they charging £195 on the first booking so many days and times were available but on the second booking, most days and times unavailable to force you pay extra. just shameful to make money like that

Amazing service!!! Employees are super helpful and very kind. I had my ILR application last month and was surprised how organised they are. In and out within 20 mins.
