Booked to get my fire swept with this company. I had to wait almost a month for the appointment. On the day of the appointment I had a call 5 minutes before they were due to arrive saying they were running approx 30 minutes behind schedule and asked if I'd like to rearrange the appointment. I said No" as I'd been waiting a month anyway and wanted to start lighting the fire and it needed to be checked. I then had a call stating that they were unable to call that day and I couldn't rebook an appointment at that time as they didn't have their diary

I have been to the shop at the pumping station 3 times over the last 2 months and no one was available for me to buy a fire, along with a surround ( due to having no prices on these products) when I asked someone they said , if no price then I don't know so you cant buy it" !!! This is ridiculous... I went back and asked someone else

Fantastic service. Answered all my questions as to what was suitable for the space we had available. Very Knowledgeable on all aspects from installation to after care. Very Professional staff, reliable, friendly and would definitely recommend to others in the future
