Was recommended to go to the showroom by a friend when looking for a new car and they did not disappoint the service was brilliant. Oliver was so friendly and helpful going through each of our requirements and helping us choose the right car for our family. Can't wait to collect it.

Additionally, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided for my car, the car looked brand new as it was also washed! A great experience dealing with Snows Peugeot Southampton. Our PCP deal on our car was coming to an end so we needed to decide what to do about our next car. My wife and I had always liked the Peugeot 2008 so I decided to go into Snows to see what kind of deal they could do. Our previous car wasn’t a Peugeot so I wasn’t sure how that would work with regards to getting the current PCP agreement paid off etc. I spoke to Kevin Roberts, explained the situation and he assured me this wasn’t a problem at all, they would sort it all out for me. On top of that, together with Oliver Davis, they got me a great deal that was going to cost me almost exactly the same monthly amount I had already been paying! Something I wasn’t expecting at all. Kevin was friendly, approachable and really knew his stuff, gave some great advice and took me over everything about the new car I would be getting, including a test drive. I was told the new car would be here in about 12 weeks, but unfortunately this came and went and it turns out I placed my order at a time when the new model was coming out so there was a bit of uncertainty on delivery of new 2008’s. I then received an update from Kevin who explained that he was sorry for the delay but that I would now be getting the new model at no extra cost to me, so same great deal on the latest, better spec. car! So with that I was happy to wait the extra 10 or so weeks! I’ve now got the car and I love it and will happily go back to Snows again!

Three weeks ago I visited the Snows salon in Southampton. I wasn't sure how I would be as I hadn't made an appointment, however this wasn't a problem. Kevin at the door dealt with me very professionally. A week later I was able to drive the car I liked and eventually bought. I visited Snows Peugeot in Southampton looking for a new car, Maddie was very attentive and showed me some cars. I arranged a test drive and car was all ready for me. When I returned I had decided on my purchase. Maddie took me through all the paperwork and was very friendly and confident in her role. 2 weeks later and I had a friendly call to ask if everything was good with the car.Great service all round

The Sales executive Joe Catton was outstanding but snows T&C's need to be read from start to finish or you could findyourself in an argument over certain aspects of the trade in deal. Our car took the best part of seven months to arrive through no fault of snows but the end product was superb.

Kevin Roberts was a great help when we came into the garage to organise a motability car. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was able to answer our questions and we were able to pick the car up within a couple of weeks from our first visit. Would definitely recommend Kevin and the rest of his team and Peugeot
