Was advised to use these by the garage assessing my car after an accident .. although it was fairly clear cut and other party admitted liability I just had no confidence in the insurance company due to a bad experience…Sheild took away the stress and time needed to sort every .. great curtsey car deliver to the door.. and a week after case was closed to allow time to purchase another car..Positive outcome and great communication through out .. highly recommend them.. staff were courteous, friendly and professional throughout the process .. hopefully I’ll not need them again but I’m the unfortunate event of an accident I will definitely give them a call
