Hays Travel Preston Mariners Way

Do not book a London Theatre weekend away with Hays travel they use hotel direct who massively inflate their prices without giving a run down of the individual costs. Paid £713 for a weekend away for 2 People train travel 3 star hotel and theatre tickets for stalls. I asked Gail who wasn’t really sympathetic that at least ask hotel direct for a run down on what I’ve paid for but she said she couldn’t as it was a package. This was booked by my sister in law last Friday who was rushed into a decision because Gail wanted to go home. Should have cost no more than £500 there is no cancellation policy at all or chance to adjust the package. Hays will go the same route as Thomas Cook if they carry on like this I’m afraid. I certainly won’t use again. They have started deleting my comments about them this to me is a clear sign of guilt. I want to warn as many people as I can I don’t want people to be ripped off like me. I will not stop Hays your customer care is very poor. This was a surprise for my wife’s 60th birthday and to celebrate me being Cancer free for 10 years this will all be ruined now thanks partly to you. Hi Pat I believe yes you have a family member works there I’ve no issues with Kelly and know your only trying to protect her but to say they offer the best deals isn’t true they are rip off merchants.

The staff at Hays are always very friendly and helpful when looking for a holiday. Nothing is too much trouble. They always spend time finding the best deal at the best price. Would definitely reccomend them. Their customer service is excellent.
