Contacted Chris at Hale Guitar Studio with a potential issue with my Boss Katana Amp. Chris was prompt and efficient with all communication. The issue with the amp is resolved and I was very happy with the customer service. Chris is a really nice and friendly to chat to.

Chris worked his magic on my fender Nile Rodgers Stratocaster and my Jim Root Telecaster. He provides an excellent service, kept me up to date with the progress and notified me of prices before commencing any work. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

I gave Chris a Chinese dreadnought, that I bought online, to check and set up. He gave it a thorough check up and lowered the action for me. It's a fairly inexpensive instrument but I'm really pleased with the sound. I would recommend Chris without hesitation to anyone looking to improve the sound of their guitar.

Well what can I say?..... absolutely fantastic!!! Chris is a superb guy and very accommodating. If you are in any doubt about having your guitar serviced.... DO NOT! I can vouch 200% for Hale Guitar Studios, especially Chris. I will be returning in the future for all my Les Paul needs ;-)

Friendly and efficient service provided by Chris of Hale Guitar Studio. Had an issue with a Tone control and pickup on my Fender Tele, Chris gave a very comprehensive review of the guitar and fixed the issues. Thanks for your help. I’ll definitely return.

My Strat was choking on certain strings and buzzing on others. Chris gave the guitar a full service and rectified the problems. I also picked his brains on pedals which proved to be very informative. I highly recommend Chris to look after/ repair/ restore your guitar

Quality service and a really friendly guy !I emailed Chris to see if he could fix some fret buzz on two of my guitars. He got back to me straight away to book them in and gave me a full very detailed estimate of the work that needed doing and other recommended work as well.Really friendly guy and easy to work with, had both my guitars back just over a week later and am really pleased with the work he has done!

So I was having problems with a prophecy sg, took it to Chris and he had it playing beautifully within minutes. So I dumped my whole arsenal of guitars with him. I have to say they play and feel amazing. Price is fair for the work. Invoices for each guitar. Honest guy great work!!!

I bought myself a Gibson Les Paul for Christmas, after years of wanting one, but it didn't feel as good as I'd always thought an LP would.. so having seen the HGS website I called Chris and was immediately impressed by how friendly and understanding he was, which reassured me. I took the guitar over to him and we discussed how I felt about it and now, thanks to his expertise and care, I have my guitar back which is far nicer to play and exactly how I imagined it should be! I'm very pleased with it and recommend Chris at HGS to anyone. Many thanks!
