I got the links on my watch taken off a few weeks back and the lovely older gentleman got the job done in minutes and I was a very happy customer, I returned today and a different guy waz there today who was a prat is the nicest thing i can say, rude and unfriendly. I apparently had the wrong receipt to get the offer where next time its free as I wanted to add a link back but that's fine I was happy to pay again, but I was not trusting my watch to that guy, his demeanour was off and i would not trust my watch with someone that rude, never going here again cos I went to goldsmiths and they done it for free, and were polite which is the main thing, customer service!!!, just a shame it wasn't the first guy who served me first time round, he was brilliant

I have a Casio ProTrek watch and took it to The Watch Lab to see if they could fix one the buttons which was sticking. I was quoted an astonishing sum of £197 to fix this. Given that this was nearly the price of buying a new one, I declined. Subsequently, I sent it to Casio at Wembley and they have fixed it for me for £10 plus some postage costs. This makes me think that the Watch Lab either did not want the job or they are rip off merchants.

Came here to have a watch battery replaced. Very friendly and professional service. They replaced the battery on the same day within an hour or so and also waterproof tested it. Their repairs include a warranty.Great service, highly recommended.
