Gedling Borough Council

It seems that we are always left.Bins........Bottles.........I live in a communal residency. The bin men come to empty the black bins, of the houses, but they don't come and empty our communal bins. I don't blame them. I blame you GBCI'm really upset, and disgusted, that I pay my council tax to Gedling Borough Council & they miss our bins. It's disgusting.I have photos to support this.It smells, & there are rats!!!!

Don’t even bother booking a bulky collection. They don’t even bother to come they just say they’ve been and “couldn’t see anything” I ended up sending in CCTV footage to prove their drivers are liars and didn’t come.Imagine if we didn’t pay their wages though via council tax, they’d be straight on to you!

I've had some billing issues with council tax but it's always quick getting through to the team and they are very helpful.

To start with, this council's licensing department has been treating us really badly. They barely work, any appointment you need, the slot they allot is after ages. Trust me it's not as if they have many people in the building, you barely see anyone there so you cannot tell they are busy. The worst borough council to ever exist. All there is to say is that it's a shame.

always have payment problems with council tax. complain if i pay it a tiny bit later than usual but then proceed to take payments out my bank that i already paid at the start of the month two weeks late out of my account. make it make sense.

Make a booking for a birthday party for my 21st daughter's birthday and the person in charge called herself as ''manager Rachel'' was absolutely rude through the phone even laugh on my face when i said she was rude to me. nobody explain to me that the alcohol wasn't not aloud at all at the venue or any decorations what that something i wasn't aware at all as when i went to do the booking payment the lady at the office she didn't mention anything to me, even her knows what it was the propose of the party. so i didn't know anything about all this. 2 days before the party this ''manager Rachel'' called me shouting and absolutely rude towards me and laughed at me when i called her rude, then she said what do you want to do? stay or go to somewhere else??? i will give you the money back straight away, without any apologises or something else . Gedling Borough Council i think you should review what kind of ''people'' you've got working for you and for the population, and be careful with this kind of ''managers''
