Emailed the DANIEL JAMES SALON requesting an appointment, requested date time and obviously reply email. NOTHING! No reply email. Didn’t go there as there are plenty of places in Braintree to go to where the barbers actually talk to you. If DANIEL JAMES SALON can’t be bothered to reply to an email how can they be bothered to cut your hair!

My partner had the worst haircut ever! Cut really unevenly with big chunks missing. Cut badly at back and couldn’t even taper it properly. Contacted Steve (the owner who did haircut) numerous times to request refund or correction but he refused to respond. I reviewed this on Facebook and attached photos of his mistakes and he deleted the post. Very unprofessional person. Charges lots of money but worst barber in Braintree!

Popped into this shop to ask where number 34 was as couldn't find it and this is 32. There was a shortish overweight guy cutting the only customers hair, both in masks. The barber fella was really unhelpful, rude, condescending, sarcastic and generally an ***hole. Would I ever actually use the business? What do you think!!!! Being courteous doesn't cost anything and he was lucky I was in a rush

Another great haircut from Steve at Daniel James.Been going there for years and he always takes the time to listen to what you want and then deliver results that match.Recently moved away and have had to try a couple of barbers elsewhere but was able to travel back this week and get a proper" haircut from a hair stylist
