Got the car i wanted at a great price and found the whole experience straight forward and hassle free. Adam was a great sales person who delivered with good communication, enthusiasm and knowledge. I drove away a happy customer and would travel the 300 mile round trip to do business again.

Really helpful staff which made buying a approved used Smart easy.The buying experience was straight forward and there was no pressure from sales staff.The only slight disappointment is after owing the car for a few days we found the air conditioning and second key not to be working.I feel the car was released without been fully checked over.Hopefully it will be repaired under warranty.

Service staff very professional and efficient which is more than I can say for the woman at book in. Curt, unhelpful, boarder line rude, not at all welcoming. Our first time here and she spoke to us as though we were expected to know what to do. Complete opposite to the woman that dealt with us when we picked our car up. Courteous, chatty yet still professional. Book in woman could definitely do with taking a few tips from book out woman.

Very good initial contact via phone, upon arrival at showroom, a very warm welcome from everyone, and Adam the salesman couldn’t have been more helpful.A few days later when l collected the car, again everyone was very friendly, and again Adam was fantastic, also big thanks to Gary in the parts department for tracking down some extras for me while l was on site, and arranging for them to be delivered to my home asap.

Took our Smart car in for a service. Friendly welcome on reception. We were treated well, kept informed and advised of all the steps along the way. Courtesy car was good, again, all aspects explained to us clearly.We bought our Smart car from the same place and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

We have been good customers of Listers over a period of years.I am sure the work done by the technician will be of a high standard but the customer care was certainly lacking .Poor communication by staff made for a very frustrating situation .A booked job for half an hour led to a 3 hour wait . Having to ask reception for an update after an hour and a half of sitting did not alleviate the problem. After a final wait of 3hrs I was not happy to say the least! There is more to this story.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Nathan and Dean were so helpful throughout the whole process of choosing and buying my car and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend these guys.

We discussed at breakfast re buying a Smart Car for my wife as my Re-mapped to 250 bhp Mercedes B200d was too large and powerful for her. Casually approached Johnathan Goodwin whilst my car was in for service. So pleased I did - he had a Smart 4 for U available - 17k miles - immaculate condition - let me drive it home for my wife to try. She loved it and we immediately decided to buy it on return to collect my car after its service. Johnathan was very knowledgeable - not 'pushy' when offering all the options available and quickly perceived we were not interested in them. The whole sales experience was very pleasant and the car was ready; fully serviced and MOT 'd 1 week later and ready for collection with a minor fault on a Velcro strap Johnathan had noticed also repaired. Car was very well valeted - the service plan was fully explained on collection - again 'no pressure' and we readily took it.We regularly change our cars and I must say that this was the best sales experience we have had - not only from Johnathan but also the comfort that we have the support of The Lincoln Listers Mercedes dealership behind us - did look at the Cinch site for a price comparison - ok similar models up to £1k cheaper but lacking the comfort of the 'Back up' of Johnathan and his team - well done Johnathan and thank you - you even rang us 3 days later to ensure all was well ..... few salesman have met that promise!Would definitely recommend having a word with Johnathan if you are looking to change your car - we're sure you won't be disappointed.James and Annamarie WatsonHorncastle, Lincs.
