We lost my Grandmother unexpectedly in August this year. Andrew was recommended to us through a family friend. Our experience with Andrew and Bridget was so pleasant. My Grandmother was treated with such respect and dignity, our requests were handled without question and we felt such kindness from both Andrew and Bridget. We went to visit my Grandmother at the funeral home, and Andrew had done a perfect job of making her look perfect. We were given as much time as needed to spend with her, we weren't rushed. My Grandmother's funeral was faultless, absolutely perfect from start to finish. She was cremated, and collected by Andrew and she is now at home with us in a casket. We didn't have to chase or call, we were updated at every stage. We couldn't have asked for more than what we got with this company, we are in absolute awe. We will certainly use them again should we suffer any bereavements in the future. You will not find a kinder, more caring, and respectful service than that of Andrew Johnson and we are so thankful for everything that he and Bridget did for our family.

Andrew has just done my dad's funeral, they helped me every step of the way having never been in this situation before. This was our first experience arranging a funeral. Andrew Johnson Funeral Services was recommended by our Vicar as the very best and he was right. Andrew and Bridget made us feel welcome, supported and comfortable throughout the process. We were given plenty of time to make decisions and they offered advice and ideas to ensure all options were covered. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything we decided on was taken care of without any complications or worry for us. Thank you so much for the beautiful service for my mum done 11.04.23. Not only for my mums but also for my younger sisters back in 2018 abd my older sisters back 2019. My mum was so grateful for what you done for her daughters and they way you look after them so sadly when she passed i knew i would come straight to you (mum wouldn't of had it any other way) Amazing people, very caring, understanding. Sadly they have done 3 funerals for my family but every time they have been Amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Losing a loved one is hard but these people are amazing. My precious uncle passed away suddenly on 3 September 2023. It was a tough time and a funeral was something I had never had to organise before. My family did not know where to start but we were recommended Andrew Johnson through word of mouth from the Nepali Thakuri Samaj.From my first call with Andrew, he sounded knowledgeable about Nepali Hindu funerals. I had enquired with other funeral directors but they did not give me as confidence as Andrew did. He attended our family home for a meeting only one day after the initial call and gave the best advice, support and guidance on what to expect. He made the process as easy as possible to understand. Also, his colleague, Bridget did a great job answering my queries and arranging an urgent date for the cremation. I am really pleased with the service as like I said, it was a stressful time. Now that the funeral has concluded, we feel like a huge weight has been taken away from our shoulders. This could have been a much more difficult process without the help of this funeral company. I highly recommend them, should you require their services.

Can’t say thank you enough to this amazing company. So professional, compassionate and supportive from the first time we meet until the day of our dear Auntie’s funeral and continue to assist where necessary. Jude, Chris and Jagir listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and offered advice when needed. No one wants to organise a funeral for a loved one but Andrew Johnson Funeral Services made a difficult and emotional event that much easier.
