Ian Gray Estate Agents

I tried to get in contact with this estate agents last week through email and calling but couldn't get a hold of them. I then find out the property that I really wanted to view had a closing date which wasn't stated online. When I finally managed to get a hold of someone they told me they would call me back and let me know if they could provide a viewing under the short notice but I still haven't received a call to let me know they couldnt do it. Poor service.

An exceptional Agent, who really do put the clients interests first.Having been a regular user of Clyde Property in Falkirk, I felt their service had slipped recently, and felt they had taken my business for granted.I switched to Ian Gray. Their professionalism, integrity, marketing, time were all their in abundance.An excellent agent who went out of their way to achieve a higher figure than I wanted or expected. They advised me not to reduce the price when I wanted to. Clyde Property would definitely have done so. Also, to point out, Clyde Property had valued it 5000 less than Ian Gray. To which I achieved the higher figure with Ian Gray due to Gregors commitment and desire to do the best for the client. A REAL FAMILY ORIENTATED BUSINESS, WITH THEIR NUMBER ONE AIM OF DOING THE BEST FOR THEIR CLIENT.

I never leave negative reviews but I am way too disappointed with how unprofessional this agency happened to be.Requested a viewing immediately after the property appeared knowing we’re definitely taking it but was told to wait for a call back. No response after email so had to call back myself and was again told to wait as there were no viewings yet. Waited for a week (missing out on other properties) and called back just to find out the property was already taken some time ago. I have never been run around like that before. They weren’t even bothered to let me know the property was taken not to mention I didn’t get to book a viewing– that is very unprofessional and disrespectful.
