Martial Machinations
Some of the best self defence training I've had the chance to partake in. It's reality based so no silly disarming machine guns or flips to take people down, just good drills that work in a variety of situations taught by an instructor who cares deeply about his craft.

Brilliant teaching method, and lovely person! I've loved starting rapier lessons, and the group lessons were great fun too. Starting to learn with Chris was the best decision I made all lockdown..!
