A pleasant Walk or bike ridealongside the Tyne as far as you want to go to be honest well maintained walkway even up to wylam some well stocked hoteliers to be enjoyed

Level, well paved path. Be wary of cyclist most don't have bells and think walkers have eyes inthe back of their heads. Some very quiet sections good for walking the dog.

Picturesque paths are a bit muddy in places so wear appropriate footwear for rainy weather x

It needs a little bit of work, general maintenance.A lot of cyclists that don't follow the rules which gets other cyclists a bad name.
