I had my ears done but these lovely two and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Both gentle and reassuring and making sure they go through each step with you. They made it a pleasant experience and will definitely go back!

Very professional and friendly. Arrived punctually. Reassured my 89 year old mother who can become extremely anxious in new situations. Ears thoroughly examined and wax safely removed . Would highly recommend.

They were really well organised & professional. I can't have my ears syringed with water due to ear drum issues so this was perfect for me. They got my ears cleaned & took images of my ears. I will definitely use them again.

Very, very impressed by this delightful company. The service was outstanding, there was no waiting list and the team are highly qualified. I booked them for a friend who is in a care home. She was very nervous but they put her at ease completely and they restored her hearing. Wonderful result.

Absolutely delighted with the professional and friendly service Kieron and Alicia provided today. Both ears were badly blocked with wax and home treatments hadn't worked. I should have called this wonderful team before as the procedure was quick and painless. I can now hear a pin drop and being disabled, didn't have to worry about travelling anywhere to have it done. Perfect, hence the 5*
