We came looking for a last minute holiday and literally had no real idea where we wanted to go. Luckily for us Rianne was on hand to pretty much show us every last minute holiday going. She was a great help and was extremely patient and friendly. Thanks Rianne.

The service in TUI shop in Stockport is a very calm and quiet space with multiple staff that all have very different qualities. Jenni and Laura are the two special humans in this store that I can connect with and will always help no matter what problem I’m facing. I feel extremely comfortable around both Jenni and Laura which is why I will only see Jenni and Laura. They are patient, understanding and accepting of the diversity that humans face which makes it so easy to talk to them both as I struggle with communication but they really try to work out what it is I mean.

Roxanne has been a star! Super helpful and patient with our needs. She’s offered a range of amazing recommendation without overwhelming us and given us great advance on our chosen destination. Great service and beats booking online where we would have got lost finding the best holiday for us.

Tui wrote to let us know that the hotel we had booked for a January holiday had been downgraded from 4 to 3 stars. There were options to choose another hotel. Rianne was really helpful and knowledgeable. She talked through the different hotels. All sorted now. Very pleased with the service she gave us.

Excellent store. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Always have time for you nomatter how long you spend discussing destinations. Everyone is really knowledgeable about their holidays. Never been sold a bum deal. We always look out for Laura, she is our favourite;)

Some really knowledgeable staff to expertly guide you though all you vacation bookings I had the pleasure of dealing with Charlotte who assisted me In booking a trip to Morocco she found the best destination and at a good price to she really knows her stuff when it comes to travel.
