I ordered the essentials fruit & veg box and was very pleased with what I got. High quality produce at a very reasonable price. There was a minor issue and they went above and beyond to resolve it (top class service!). They also use minimal plastic packaging (which is very important for me). Keep up the great work :)!

I started ordering from The Cambridge Fruit Company during the first lockdown as I wanted to help support local businesses. I’ve ordered almost weekly ever since. Lovely selection of good quality fresh fruit and vegetables with the option to purchase items from other local businesses at the same time. Very friendly service, prompt reliable delivery, and always a prompt and helpful response whenever I’ve contacted them. I highly recommend them.

I started ordering from the Cambridge Fruit Company during the first lockdown. I also order from a supermarket, but have never liked the fresh fruit and veg they chose for me, so I thought I’d give this local company a go. Their products are consistently excellent value for money, and they provide a friendly, efficient and very responsive customer service. I love that I can build my own box of goodies, and include other items like fresh bread, meat and juices, because they coordinate orders with other local businesses. Unfortunately I’m diabetic or I’d also be all over their delicious-looking cakes :)

Quite frankly, Neil and Nisha...and the rest of the gang are legends! AMAZING quality Fruit & Veg. Nothing is too much trouble and they'll go out of their way to help! Deffo gonna be using more and more...especially all the Tropical Fruit that are actually in season! (I got a ticking off for buying Nectarines from a Supermarket, in April!! They were right...they were terrible! But lesson learned) The Alphonso Mango's (or is it Mangoes?! or even Mangos) were so juicy... I'm making my Tiki Mango Liqueur. Can not wait to do more!! Absolutely superb customer service - these guys were quick to deliver an emergency fruity care package to my sister who was unwell.Excellent value for money with a lovely selection of quality fruit and the staff could not have been more helpful. I really love these guys and couldn't be happier with their service. The produce is always fresh and tasty and they never skimp on quantity (in fact they've been known to sneak in some extra mushrooms because they know I love them!). Neil and co. are absolutely reliable and have kept us going right through all the lockdowns. They are friendly, funny, helpful and I'm in awe of how they support local vulnerable families. They are the BEST. And they have enormous onions!! (see photo - cat included for scale ;-) )

I love this company, the fruit and veg are always so fresh and tasty and receiving the family box is like getting a Christmas pressie! You never know what will be inside but it’s always lovely! The bread is also delicious and everything arrived nice and early the day after I ordered. Will be reordering soon!

I've been ordering from Neil and his team right from the start since the first lockdown. They were a big life saver when it was impossible to get anything fresh in the local supermarkets. Always happy with their vegetable and fruit options and quality. The majority is completely free of any plastic which is a great plus. And the team who does the deliveries is just absolutely lovely. Polite, considerate and friendly.

Fabulous service from the Cambridge Fruit Company team, so friendly and really customer service focussed. We love getting our weekly delivery of fresh produce (particularly the delicious Persimmon fruits - but make sure you watch the video to eat them at their best!). We love the ethos of this business. Working with other independents locally to bring us all our essentials, bread, milk, cheese, eggs, meat, plus super fresh fruit and veg which are always a generous size and yummy (best bananas ever). What's not to love :-) Their support of the Red Hen project is great too. Makes it so easy for us to donate to vulnerable families.
