Incorrect amount of items supplied which was a let down last minute for kids party bags which I realised whilst doing the party bags. Also contacted them about a delivery that I paid extra for (8.00) next day that didn’t arrive and no response… unreliable unfortunately and poor comms.

Fantastic service. I ordered a balloon tower and party bags for my daughter's birthday party, Royal Mail managed to lose the parcel and two days before I needed it I contacted Pixel Party, and Danny packed up a new parcel without query delay sent it Registered Delivery. It landed the next day just in time. Party saved. The TNT bags and tower balloon were also brilliant. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Can't speak for other reviews on here but my experience was A1! Danny supplied what he said he would, on time and even gave me extra balloons as he had some left over from one of his own displays. Not only this but he also brought them over to my bar and helped put them up for me! To add icing on the cake he was helping recommend our bar to a hen group as he was walking over. Such nice people who want you to do well and go out of their way to help - means a lot and will definitely use again!
