My Favourite Pet Shop
Shame about this place. I wanted to shop locally but it seems you need to go next door to the grooming salon just to get someone to serve you. They claim on their website to be knowledgeable but when i went it seemed like i had inconvenienced them by visiting. I had a dog with a sensitive stomach and they had no idea what to recommend and then said all vets love Chappie. I have no words.

Just got an English bulldog puppy Billy...the lady who bred him always goes here and she advised us to.Caryn the owner of the shop was lovely.plenty of advice leaflets and time.....We intend to travel every fortnight to ensure our bulldog gets the best.....

Been using Alison's business for just over a year and would still recommend My Favourite Pet Shop for a your pet needs. They even offered a delivery service during the pandemic. Now that is how to treat your customers. Support small business as they care about their customers more than the big companies.

Fabulous shop packed floor to celling with everything you could possibly need. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Competitively priced too, I was surprised as much cheaper than a large local pet superstore. I will most definitely be back. I love to support independent retailers too, use it or lose it! Must also mention the helpful and knowledgeable staff, nice to receive a personal service. Excellent!

The lady who owns this place is so friendly and helpful. Taught me a lot about what to feed and not feed my dog and it certainly made a difference to him.

My Favourite Pet Shop
Wonderful shop with wonderful workers. You can tell they really care for their customers. Alison the owner is a lovely lady. She always makes sure she can fit my dog in for a grooming even if it means working extra hours. I would never change groomers, they always go above and beyond to work around my working schedule. It is a small business and thats what I like about it. They show their passion in their great customer service. Highly recommended.
