What an awesome experience, from first contact to my windows being fitted , I could not be happier , I did order my windows from another supplier, who failed to send me all the correct product’s , Andrew just sorted it , fitting both windows to my Ford Custom , it’s like they have always been there , an absolute lovely guy , with spot on workman ship , we are lucky to have such a talented person in Hereford ! Definitely use this small business you will not be disappointed..

Phoned Saturday morning, got a quick reply back and within hours they were at the house fixing the chip in the windscreen. Great service, great communication, windscreen much improved in time for our MOT and to top it all a really great price, undercutting other quotes we had received. Would definitely recommend this service

Absolutely fantastic service!Contacted VGR Windscreens due to leaking windscreen which was not covered via insurance replacement. Andrew, who’s is very polite and courteous, was extremely knowledgeable, and actually able to guess which car I was calling about due to an ever-growing amount of Range Rover Evoque's having the same issue! Andrew kept in regular contact prior to carrying out the work and was able to fit us in quickly, even with a broken ankle!I highly recommend VGR Windscreens and would certainly use them again if needed!Thanks, Andrew.

Brilliant service, fast, friendly and professional!I had some replacement factory-tinted windows that I needed fitting on my vehicle. I found VGR and sent them a message to which they replied almost instantly! Within the hour I had managed to book them to come fit the windows the day after.They were polite and courteous, and were able to install my new windows with in an hour or so.I would highly recommend and certainly use again!

I had two rear windows fitted to my panel van, Andrew was able to do this on my driveway in around an hour and a half.Very good service and at a reasonable price.

Highly Recommend! I reached out after someone recommended him to me and he was fixing it for me the next day!Quick service and has done a brilliant job!
