Toilet stopped working - and Patrick was able to call in at short notice to fix it for us. We appreciate his expertise and would recommend him to others.

We logged in and registered our issue via the Local Heroes webste and were contacted by PC Plumbing and Gas Solutions, within 15 minutes - which was fantastic.We had an online chat, and i sent some pictures to the local heroe.He called the following day as arranged in the afternoon (although perhaps i should have asked more of a time) as must have been his last job, however, he was prompt and courteous - he showed me the issue and said i needed a new timer - and we agreed a return visit.On his return, it turned out that even though, he showed me the issue that it was actually a different part required - not his fault for this, (as the diagnosis on the first visit did confirm that it was a timer) he spent a while and did enable us to have hot water in the interim.The following day, returned, during the day and fitted the part quickly and with no mess.We now (fingers crossed)have hot water. If, we didnt have Homecare, i certainly would use PC P & GS again.Billing is good - you pay online when the work is done.The service level from PC Plumbing and Gas Solutions was excellent.ThanksM!chael & Tracy
