Excellent! This is a high spec shared house ( clean spacious rooms , quiet, well equipped kitchen, reliable WiFi, locks on doors, cleaner). Great location, 10 minutes into Whitehaven, 5 mins to big Tescos. Gary takes alot of pride in what he does - this is a model shared house (other landlords, take note!)

Great accommodation in Whitehaven. I rented a room through Kensley Properties, they were very easy to deal with and very helpful. The houses are set up for HMO's which was ideal for me and my colleagues, all individual rooms had Separate locks. Highly recommended. 10/10

I had a great experience with my room rental through Kensley Properties for my stay in Whitehaven. The accommodation was excellent, and Gary at Kensley Properties made the rental process easy and stress-free. The individual rooms were set up perfectly for HMO's which all had separate locks, which was ideal for me as I felt secure. I highly recommend Kensley Properties for anyone looking for top-notch accommodation in Whitehaven.

Right from booking the room to coming to Whitehaven and seeing the room has been pleasant and easy. Gary was kind enough to pick me up from the train station with my bags while it was raining outside. The ensuite room is neat, cozy and perfect for a person. The kitchen and bathrooms as well as the common areas are well maintained and tidy. Worth the money!

I was looking for affordable accommodation in Whitehaven or Egremont. I decided to rent a room with Kensley Properties, which was a great experience from start to finish. The houses are set up for HMO's for people working in the area. I like the individual locks on the bedrooms for the extra security. 10/10

When I was told to leave a previously rented property, I was at a loss. Luckily, someone pointed me towards Gary Kelly. He was a massive help in getting me back on my feet. Not only did he have a room I could rent, that had its own coded lock on the door, which made me feel extra safe and know my stuff was also secure. He helped me further by making recommendations for me to look into, nothing was too much for him, both in the accommodation and out. The house as a whole was very clean throughout as well.
