A seamless enjoyable interaction from my first call to Tony and his Team. I viewed one of their cars online - as I live over 150 miles away. Enjoyable discussions and received more for my trade in than expected. Travelled up and spent ages with Tony - a really top bloke and he delivered more than I expected. Thrilled with my new purchase and will absolutely definitely use them again. Impressive touch with Tony reaching out to me checking I got home ok and I’m happy with my new car? Just a bit of feedback from our experience from your service centre.When I booked my sons car in for a service, Paul the service manager was extremely helpful explaining what was involved, the level of service we required, and also the costs involved.Upon arrival he introduced himself and shook both my hand and my sons.We immediately felt in good hands.He called back a few hours later to say the car was ready. When we arrived it was gleaming inside and out thanks to the courtesy wash and interior clean. The car was positioned in the service bay ready for collection looking immaculate. My sons eyes lit up like he'd just bought it!Paul presented us with a detailed invoice for all the work carried out so we understood what had been done. He said the car is absolutely mint needing no further work for now. A real gem he described it. We were delighted.If every customer has the same experience, they won't be disappointed. Many Thanks.

Massive thanks to Paul and his team for looking after my Golf R provide the best of care services general health check of the whole car put on the best of parts that needed replacing and fitted a full body kit and spoiler aswell. Impeccable customer service . Will be returning for everything and everything needing doing.And also provided me with some great advice and to top it off some professional pictures once completed. Extremely good customer service. Paul is very friendly honest and highly knowledgeable Automotive Engineer, as he was able to replace and make technical adjustments to increase the stiffness of my sports coupe chassis. After working on and replacing major suspension parts. I found my Mazda RX8 R3 had more rigidity and less flexural bending in cornering at speed. I highly recommend Performance 28 after driving sports coupes for 44 years.

Picked up our new truck today from performance 28 and it is absolutely stunning, the customer service was excellent in every way, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond for everything we asked for. I would highly recommend them if you are wanting something a bit different to stand out from the crowd. We went for a Dodge Ram Laramie and it’s definitely the pick up truck of dreams. I honestly don’t think I could drive anything else now. We would certainly buy from them again.

A fantastic experience buying my second Mustang (Bullitt variant this time), but first car from Performance28. Aidan and the team display the perfect balance of professional and friendly approach, infused with great product knowledge, making purchasing both easy and reassuring. A great touch was the car being placed front and centre of the showroom upon collection, followed by a fanfare mini photo shoot when driving away - they know how to make you feel special.
