Absolutely incredible service from Jay and the team. My fiance got my engagement ring from here and it was stunning. Unfortunately, I had to have the ring re-sized twice because we had gotten the size wrong each time which was completely our own fault.Each time Jay was incredibly friendly, helpful and understanding, he did not try to make any extra money out of us, gave us continuous updates and did an amazing job with the ring.You can tell they are a truly honest and humble family business and which can be really rare to find. I would 100% recommend them especially when you are considering something like an engagement ring as it’s so important to have an honest and trustworthy business in charge of one of the most important pieces of jewellery you could ever own. Took my wife's engagement ring her for a valuation and was skeptical as it had to be sent away.I honestly cannot fault the family. Anupam deserves six stars, a local family jewellers who have been serving the community for many years. Always polite and professional, My wife had her diamond ring enlarged and is very happy again with the service and quality of their work. They always take the time to explain what exactly is needed to help you decide. Work is carried out in house and has only ever been exceptional. Highly recommend Anupam above any other jewellery shops.

I would give more stars if I could! My husband brought our wedding rings and engagement ring in to have a few bits done to them and wow what a service from start to finish! Over the moon with our rings thankyou so much we wouldn't use anywhere else! Highly recommend
