Cex Crawley... one of the worst experiences... I was sold a switch controller with false I specifically asked if the value controller is wireless n I was given wrong information.. it was only 12 pounds so price doesn't matter it was a fraud.. now I have very upset 8yrs old who have been saving every penny for a new console n just felt like treating himself before his birthday... shame on you cex... though I have £12 voucher ... never going back there again... so disappointed ... should have left that voucher along with controller...

13 years of shopping since CeX opened in Crawley, it’s always my go to store for anything and never disappoints me.

Visited to have a couple of GameCube game discs cleaned as they were badly scratched. Managed to fix them and a good price too. Friendly staff and very helpful. Respectful to all of their customers. Decent store!

Been wanting the south park movie for my collection for a while and I could never find it in the wild (makes collecting more fun). I'm really happy Crawley Cex had it and only £2.. bargain! 5/5 for having what I wanted in stock

A lovely bright store conveniently located in the centre of town. There is always a bargain to be found here. If staff were more friendly I would have gave 5 stars.

Brought in an amazing z fold 3 to sell they refused it because it had no screen protector and they cracked the screen then denied cracking the screen. Appalling customer service! Also I have photos of it uncracked before I left my house!

This CEX store is for sure my favourite CEX store, by a long shot! The staff are amazing very friendly always so willing to chat and knowledgeable about games and what they can recommend. I do wish their PC games section was bigger, but other than that the store is always well stocked, tidy and clean. A huge selection of games, consoles, PC accessories etc. They also have other stuff like Flat screen TVs used pc old consoles and even VR headsets. Their mobile phone and tablet selection was extensive and I found the store was clean. Really amazing. I will keep coming back here that’s for sure.

If i could give a 0 star review i would.So we decided to trade in my old phone got told that the testing would be around 40 mins bearing in mind the women that served us didn't seem to have a clue about what she was doing. It seemed as though she was trying to make herself look busy. However after 40 minutes went up to ask how it was getting on and whether it was done yet. After 40 minutes of hanging around got told it would take another 10 minutes so after 50 minutes I decided to yet again ask how it was getting on. After testing was done we decided to get PS5 for £400. Came with controller and a stand so can't really moan in that sense. However when we arrived home the state of ps5 on the inside was horrendous. They tell you to clean the console every now and again because of the build up. But they don't bother cleaning it themselves. The dust was so bad that the PS5 was making a wiring sound because it was clogged up.If you buy something from there second hand always make sure it is in a good condition. It took x3 air canisters and 1 hr of our time to clean it out properly something they should have done themselves before selling it to us.If I could add photos I would.
