My father visit the store a few weeks ago, he was very pleased with the service he received. He said all staff were very helpful and he is very happy with the glasses he collected.

Went for my eye test a little while ago I saw a lady called faye very professional and chatty,I had an issue that she found needing a further check which made my anxiety instantly go through the roof, you know it’s your eyes!! I was taken aback with the diagnosis but she put my right at ease and explained everything would be fine as long as I was treated promptly! Thanks to her I was able to Find out I had a problem which I needed an urgent scan for ! And since I’ve seen my specialist no more headaches!!!It is so clever what they can see just by looking in your eyes !! Thank you If it was not for this lady I would still be going about my life without knowingShe also told me to it’s so important to keep up with eye checks as I have not been for a long time! So pleased I went when I did.

Person who did initial camera had heavy cold. I was sold items I couldn't afford. I didn't get my prescription. Whole experience felt wrong

Went for an eye test a couple of weeks ago. Person taking pictures of my eyes was very friendly and the optician took her time doing the test and was very thorough. They took their time going through different glasses options with me and were patient as i took a while to choose them! Will definitely be going back for when im due my next sight test!

Good service as usual,lovely extensive range of Boots frames to choose from.The lady who helped me with the completion of my order was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Was late by only 3 minutes and the lady was so rude and unprofessional. She said she has more patients to be seen and that my daughter has to rebook her appointment. There were no patients waiting to be seen. I've just changes opticians to specsavers who are really friendly ad professional.
