Fantastic experience for me and my car

We dropped in by chance for a defective cigarette lighter plug in our Skoda vital to power our camping fridge. Both receptionists were very friendly, the helpful mechanic found and rectified the fault (blown fuse) on the spot and even replaced the near empty battery in our car key. Super service!!!

Recently purchased a vehicle from these guys, I had a 5 hour train Journey from Leeds and they were kind enough to collect me from the train station. Very friendly and honest. Highly recommended

We bought this lovely Skoda Octavia from Hayes having seen it advertised on line through Auto trader . Darren the owner, looked after us in every aspect of what we needed . We feel very reassured to have chosen his dealership and at present are delighted with our new car. He was very thorough in how he presented the car and in taking us through all of the car's features . We feel sure we will be returning to Hayes for our annual service as they are to really know Skoda very well !

Excellent customer service. Some issues were resolved very profesionally with minimal fuss.I was particularly impressed by the assured away all staff were comfortable to offer help and clearly were trusted to show initiative They all demonstrated pride in the business for which they work and implicit care for me as a person.

I phoned this garage to make a general enquiry and they were knowledgeable and courteous so I asked if they happened to have the model I was looking for in stock and they did but not to the exact specification I was looking for.After their professionalism on the phone I decide to drive down and take a look.The car, although manual not automatic which is what I was looking for, was immaculate.The gentleman I dealt with, Darren, was accommodating, knowledgeable and not in the least pushy.I bought the car but I bought more into the ethos of the dealership. I wanted some additions on the car and I have to say the quality of workmanship was outstanding.I'm delighted with my car and give thanks that I made that random phone call to ask a question.Many have rated this dealership as 10/10 I fell that just like Spinal Tap they go to 11!!Thank You
