Sumners is a superb shop. They only sell tried and tested equipment and also at very competitive prices. They trade on recommendations and repeat business and are streets ahead on customer care and after sales support.I would strongly recommend them.

Bought a Sony television for my mum. 5 years guaranteeThe service was first class from start to finish couldn't do enough for you ,all the salesman were lovely very polite how all shops should be and used to be ,I delt with Glyn total gentleman had a laugh too. Can't recommend this place enough

Fantastic company, service like it used to be which we seldom get nowadays. Gwyn, in the shop, gave us lots of help and advice on the choice of television. Liam delivered and set up the new television and had endless patience when showing me how to use it. Steve came to the house to do a few adjustments, again very patient when going through different features. Everybody at Sumners is so friendly and helpful, can't recommend them highly enough. Love the new television , a big 'thank you' to all.

I have been a fan of Sumners for many years now, they have looked after our family very very well indeed, from TV,s, Sonos speakers, TV aerials you name it they excel at it. I just trust them so don't go anywhere else. I called in this week to expand my Sonos system and they actually sold me a cheaper solution than I had in mind, because they felt it would be more suitable. Installed the kit today and it's amazing. First visit to Sumners and I’m a customer for life! Great staff, great advice and customer service experience. I teach this stuff and they have got service absolutely spot on. Impartial advice, technical know how and insights. They will get you the exactly the right product for your needs. A diamond retail experience in a sea of mediocrity. Forget the chain stores and Costco, visit this shop and ask for Gwyn!
