Missing fittings. BRF designs that aren't (other than regards insulation), and a belief that specifying one size of window on the plans and pack list and then supplying a larger one - and suggesting I cut away some of the wall structure to make it fit - is not a mistake and is up to me to sort out! Maybe on a shed, but a 50k cabin?? Can't wait to see what Trading Standards say about that. Verdict: Wood quality, great. All else very amateurish.

I purchased an OLYMP Log Cabin which was promptly delivered as promised. The transport company that they use delivered the cabin on a very large pallet which was carefully placed in my front drive. The driver was courteous and very professional. I also asked for their installation service and within a week they constructed a solid wooden frame supported by concrete pillars as the foundation frame for the cabin. The two men were highly skilled professional craftsmen. They returned a week later and installed the log cabin within a day, again displaying their craftsmanship. It would have taken me over a week to install it. I am very impressed by the design of the cabin and the sturdiness of it. The wood is 44mm thick and the cabin is a solid structure which will last many years. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They have been very helpful and professional throughout and delivered what they said.

Dreadful service, infact thus far no service provided so far despite having fully paid for our log cabin. No cabin, no base since paying deposit 18th December and with a ten day delivary service promised, knowing we really required the garden space. Yet to find out when it will be constructed either. £6,800 plus project with no sign of it being delivered and constructed.

6 months in and my log cabin is still standing.The instructions were pretty useless but having watched a few YouTube videos (including the quick garden ones) it was fairly straightforward. As someone who is only an amateur at DIY, I had it built in a day and a half. The insulation of the roof and floor took another day and the shingles another day after that.The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them over other companies.

Very competitive prices, not so sure about the quick" bit in the title though. My custom made log cabin garage took 6months to make and supply.Easy to assembly but dont forget the prep work for the base and the finishing work

Very pleased with the service and the range of options I had to build the garage that I wanted.I needed an unusual size and their 7.5m x 4m wide option was perfect for me. I couldn't find any other supplier offering this size of wooden garage as standard.Really fast response times online from customer service , and the delivery company they use were really good. Very helpful in unloading a massive package and a few more items on palets.No pushy sales people who were always really helpful along the way.The garage took 2.5 days to complete for 2 people. Will probably take that amount of time to treat it ready for the UK weather

Order arrived incomplete and after being unpacked by thier install team, was left for 2 weeks waiting for the remaining parts.The window frames warped and I had to call in a carpenter so I could shut them after construction as I was blanked by them after install.5 windows blew within months, a further 12 needed attention due to poor fit. After 6 months of pestering and empty promises, never got them.The roof shingles failed just after 5 years, they claimed they changed suppliers so no warranty available.I expected better quality and customer care for a 8.4k cabin.

Excellent service and so quick to get it all done. We moved into a new house with no garage/workshop and 4 weeks later we had a completed building (single 5mx6m garage). A local groundworker put the concrete base in; 5 days later the pallet containing the garage was delivered and 4 days later the erection team arrived and had it up on the same day, including felt shingle roofing and steel guttering.No, it's unlikely to last as long as a brick workshop, but it was less than half the price and up in a month from ordering to completion.Tips for future buyers - if a concrete base, make sure the base is only a few cm larger than the footprint of the garage. Use flashing tape (and the preparation bitumen paint) so the concrete is completely covered and you'll be immediately watertight (no water creeping under the frame). Be prepared for the garage to settle slightly, so keep the storm braces loose for a month or two and don't screw rigid racking vertically which will stop it settling.Follow the guys erecting it around putting on the first coat of a good treatment and then get a 2nd coat on within a week. As you can see from the photos, the colour mellows over a few weeks to a much more pleasing golden colour (with a clear treatment). I'm certain I could have erected it myself with a helper, but it would have taken a long weekend and a lot of grunting - the 2 guys worked a very long day and didn't stop, plus they knew exactly what they were doing!Lastly, the apex roof height is a couple of cm higher than permitted development allows (if it's close to the boundary), so lower the concrete base slightly so the garage sits just below the highest surrounding ground level and you'll be within the regs and no planning permission required (I did check with the council and of course subject to the other criteria for permitted development).All I've got to do now is organise the space better so there's actually room to fit a car in the garage!

A few issues with logistics at the start of the process were addressed and solved. I was extremely impressed with Craig and the team who came to do the install (the guys set out at 5AM on a Sunday which is above and beyond what I expected). The team were all absolute gents and worked solid until around 7pm, coming from a building background myself I was very, very impressed with them. As a product, the shed is a lot more robust and high quality than I expected and I already had high expectations.Would definitely recommend Quick Garden and also Craig and the team who came to fit it.
