Luna Wilds - Wild Spa and Retreat Space
This was my second time at Luna Wilds Self Care Saturday . It was superb, the yoga, the food and the Sap. Laura and Mike have created an oasis where you can escape the busy world and breath in nature. They are the perfect hosts and their oasis is simply beautiful .

Such a wonderful day at the spa retreat, healthy, fun, and revitalising in stunningly creative and thoughtful surroundings of the sussex countryside Mike and Laura were fantastic hosts on call for every question and request making the day go swimmingly. Loved it!!

Luna Wilds - Wild Spa and Retreat Space
I've been to two retreats at Luna Wilds and enjoyed both so much. The mix of activities and downtime at the spa is perfect. The location is gorgeous and so much attention to detail has been paid to make it a unique and special place. Laura & Mike have done an incredible job building such a beautiful, incredibly relaxing space. Looking forward to my next trip there!

Best birthday ever at Luna Wilds Retreat! The perfect self-care day with yummy vegan snacks and woodfire-cooked brunch cooked by Mike, amazing yoga session with Laura (perfect combo for beginners and intermediate - the sound of the birds chirping in the background as well!), sauna with clay masks and honey body scrub, ice cold plunge pool and chill out areas in the sun! Couldn't have asked for a better birthday - felt like a getaway that's just round the corner from Brighton! Can't wait to come back for their other retreats. Thank you Mike & Laura! <3

Luna Wilds - Wild Spa and Retreat Space
Had a fantastic self care Saturday at Luna Wilds. The yoga was perfect, just what I needed - restorative whilst being challenging, felt in complete safe hands with Laura's teaching. Lunch was delicious, ,plenty of it with lots of choice. Then the spa afternoon, just wonderful. It was a really well thought through spa area, with enough to do for the alloted 2 plus hours. I went solo and felt comfortable all day, everyone very friendly. Will be back next year! (I didn't take any photos, it was ajoy not to be on my phone the whole time I was there)

I went to a women's circle and wild spa day retreat at Luna Wilds and it was wonderful. The food was amazing, the women's circle was beautiful and I really enjoyed the wild spa experience (including sauna, mud masks & plunge pool) which was really unique. A lovely way to spend a Saturday!

Such an amazing, emotional, cathartic day. Every detail was beautiful - from the chocolate dipped strawberries to the outside spa. Meeting other women and hearing about their own journeys was an honour. Laughs, tears, delicious food and the most magical and safe environment mean that I can wholeheartedly recommend this to you.

My Yoga, herbs & Wild Spa retreat day at Luna Wild truly was such a grounding experience. You could feel the weight of the week melt away with each moment you spent there and for that, I have to give a huge round of applause to Mike and Laura for bringing their vision to life. You two have created something so unique and special here that will be enjoyed for years to come.I felt so welcome and well looked after from start to finish and I cannot wait to visit again soon and bring some friends along with me!
