Had an appointment at 11:30, arrive 11:25 and they were closed, went back 11:35 to he told I cpuldnt have my appointment as ge was running behind and I'd have to rebook. Waste of time.

Only got good things to say about this barbers. Been taking my youngest there for a couple of years and this week took my eldest who is very particular about what he wants. Giovanni listened and did exactly what was asked. Reasonable price, friendly customer service, easy to use website to book. No complaints at all.

Will cut my sons first hair cut last night and he was fantastic. He listened to exactly what we wanted and was so engaging and fun with our 1 year old which helped him feel relaxed. I highly recommend them to anyone :)

Used many barbers in LB but G&G are by far the best. Friendly staff, great banter and made my son feel at ease.Can also use Nearcut app to easily book appointments

Very friendly. Great atmosphere. Very competent barbers who actually listen to your requirements (doesn't always happen, does it?). Excellent book-ahead app and website. Good value for money.

Have been using G&G for the last four weeks now, they are a great bunch of guys and always come out happy. My 4 year old lad hates having his haircut but Will was great and he settled my lad down and talked him through the whole process. Great barbers, great guys!

I travel approximately 30 mins to have Will cut my sons hair. My son has Autism and has struggled for years to get where he is today especially with haircuts. Thanks to Will he is comfortable and able to be himself. Will takes his time and is so welcoming and patient. Is gentle and talks to my son throughout. We had to go elsewhere when Will was off for a short time and there was a huge knock from the alternative barber. Never again. Thank god Will is back. Highly recommended.
