This bacon is the most perfect bacon ever cured. I have eaten lots of bacon but this is heads and shoulders above any. Each time I'm in the west country I will make any diversion to ensure that I get my hands on this epic food item and return up country with a good stash. Please do not buy this as I want it all.....great job keep smoking that bacon
