Hot tub jacuzzi repairs South Wales

Would highly recommend. Our hot tub had a fault...Nick found it, ordered the part and came back to fix in no time at all. Also completed a service. Very reasonably priced and great attention to detail.

There are some glowing reviews on here.... if he turns up. I read a lot of the reviews and one stood out because it was a poor one. Twice someone made arrangements for Nick (?) To turn up. But he failed them twice, his excuse was he hadn't heard of them. Very similar to my problem. He was supposed to turn up yesterday but couldn't come because it was raining, even though he had been told when the appointment was made, that it was in a summer house. When I spoke to him yesterday he rearranged for 1pm today.... Guess what... he didn't show up, again. I haven't spoken to him today so MAYBE he has a real good excuse that he will share here or maybe he'll say that he hasn't heard of me, either. A call would have been really nice. And FYI I do not know the other person that posted a poor review

Nick really is a hot tub marvel.This was the second time we contacted him with 2 different tub issues.He popped out on Friday, and had the repaired circuit board ready and installed by Saturday afternoon - excellent service and value for money. Our hot tub is now fixed and we're up and running again.Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Hot tub jacuzzi repairs South Wales. Called Nick yesterday to arrange for my hot tub to me drained for winter and he came out next day by 9am. Nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely recommend this company.

I normally don’t bother writing negative reviews but I feel so strongly about this that I felt I should share the facts.A pipe in my hot tub had burst. Nick came round to look at it. He drained the tub and tried a quick repair but it wasn’t holding. He cut out the damaged section and went away to order what was needed. In his words the next step was guaranteed to work 100%. He then came back to fit this and I paid the requested amount. All ok so far. I should have checked it had worked before paying but I figured he would be as responsive if there are any issues as he had been up to this point.Once I had filled it up I realised that the repair was leaking. I took a video of the issue and sent it via WhatsApp and it was seen and read straight away. I simply asked what the next steps are. These things don’t always go to plan and I am ok with repairs not working if someone is trying to help so still not an issue. But days went by with no response.He then ignored my calls, messages and voicemails for a week. All I was asking for was a call or message back.The only way I got him to finally pick up his phone was to turn off my caller ID. Apologetic and saying how busy he has been, delegated the emptying of the hot tub to me and said I need to keep it ready (empty) for him as he would be coming later that week to put some sealant around the leak. I emptied the spa and sent him a couple more messages over the week saying that I had done so and please let me know when you are coming were completely ignored and he never turned up.In the meantime I have found damage from poorly positioned and untrimmed hose clips too.I have now paid someone else to finish a job that Nick started and was paid for.I am an understanding person - if someone communicates a reason why they need to delay something or a date after which they’ll get back to me to make arrangements then I am happy to wait.But to ignore people after you’ve done faulty work is incredibly unprofessional.The above review states the absolute facts, I have tried to leave out all of the disappointment and frustration in dealing with this company but I will happily provide screenshots if any of this is disputed.
