The woman who works here is genuinely so rude. Super condescending and impolite on the 3 occasions I’ve had to come here.Not only this but on the 3 separate occasions when needing one page of B&W they have all been different prices. The latest was £3 but ‘is supposed to be more’. More!? More than £3 for a sheet!?Truly a rip off. Clearly makes up the prices as she goes along. Horrible customer service. Beware.

I tried to work with Quick Print twice.First time I came in looking to print some posters and flyers, the lady on the reception gave me a bunch of quotes on a scrap of paper and a soft time estimation. That'd be fine if I didn't price compare to an online service, which happened to be more than twice cheaper with faster turnaround, so going with Quick Print made no sense. The service also provided necessary specs like bleed sizes outright and let me do the final proof immediately online, unlike Quick Print that has no online presence.I thought that's understandable, because small scale printers can have a hard time competing with large online printers that don't provide much customer service or advise, but do a few very common things fast&cheap. I wanted to support a local business, so when I needed something more custom, something needing competent advice, I went back to Quick Print, hoping to pay a bit more but get my problems solved by a professional.However, it didn't go well either. I was very rudely stonewalled by a man working there, outright refusing to not just advise, but even estimate how much time or money it will take to do the order, demanding that I communicate with them over email (even though I was right there?) and refusing to tell how much time it will take them to respond, even implying they might refuse the order outright.In contrast, a much better reviewed printer closer to E&C held my hand and advised throughout, finishing the order in just five hours.I just don't see why I would ever bother with Quick Print again. It's not just the rudeness, it's just pointless: I'd be paying multiples for simple orders, and it's impossible to collaborate with Quick Print people on anything complex, they aren't interested.Looking at good reviews, maybe they're good for people in a rush that need a few pages printed and don't bother to price shop, or maybe they need to like the person doing the order or have a good mood on the day. It makes no sense to go with them if you're trying to do any sort of business and can't rely on their whims and pay through the nose.

Collected funeral orders of service for my mum. Friendly, helpful and reliable service. I had used them before for my wedding a few years ago, but with this service, they surpassed previous expectations. The arrangement of family photos was beautiful, stunning! Font and layout perfect.Always glad to send work their way. Thank you!

Quick Print took on a big and urgent printing job on a Friday afternoon and did an amazing job when they were already backed up with orders. The best printing job for booklets I've seen, and I've used a few different places around London/the UK. They were also the cheapest! Kind and professional all the way. So, so lucky to have found them in our hour of need!

I came 9:10 a.m. as I needed the service urgently. It was closed even thought it says from 9 am both on google maps and on their doors. Called their number 3 times, no reply

Not to be dramatic, but Quick Print saved my life today. They were professional, had too knowledge and addressed my very specific and hefty order with a very tight turn around. They literally saved me time and my mind. Very grateful, will highly recommend!

I spent £10 on a passport photo which was rejected for being too far away. When I returned to discuss this the man shouted, berated and dismissed me. Never going back. Shoddy work. Daylight robbery. Terrible service.
