I had a wax at Crimson Beauty over the weekend and after many painful experiences in other salons, I was amazed at how painless it was! Absolute professionals here who make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I've already made my next appointment and I won't go anywhere else.

Poor customer service. Was polite enough to ring to say i was running late and then rung again to say i was having trouble finding them as i was a new customer. No answer both times. Left voicemail as was running late asking to call me back if not going to be able to have my appointment, no call back and when i appeared i was greeted by a rude, youre apppointment was at 5 not now! Not impressed!!Reply: not annoyed that I couldn't be seen, annoyed that no-one came back to me when my voicemail 20 minutes before my appointment time clearly stated who I was and that if the appointment was not able to go ahead to call me back. Of course my number isn't recognised as I was going to be a new customer. I was hardly likely to text when I was on my way in a car, driving.

Lovely staff and expert manicure . Very reasonable prices. Most definitely would visit again when in the area.k
