Popped in here for a snack with my daughter , when we first went in we it was quite busy , so me and daughter found a seat , we wasn’t sure if it was table service..after waiting 20 mins we went up to the till and placed our order ..prices are a bit pricey .. we waited over 40 mins for our food .. it was a sandwich , the waitress asked if we wanted any sauces , I asked for mayonnaise.. ( she never got it ) also I never got a spoon with my tea or asked if I wanted sugar .. so over all the food was ok ( nothing special ) and the service was poor .. won’t be returning

I rang Saturday afternoon to check there would be a table free or that they were open , although they didn't answer (busy with customers ) they rang my missed call back-excellent customer service.The venue is beautifully decorated with a mixture of soft seating and tables/chairs.The food was lovely - we just had cakes but the homemade fruit scone was huge and scrumptious and served warm .Friendly service topped off a lovely outing for my mum who hasn't been out recently.Dog welcome too.Well done .

Great choice of vegetarian /vegan and gluten free food. Lots of cakes and vegan too! Inside and outdoor seating, dog friendly. Some pigmy goats, chickens and guineapigs.We had the veggie pesto wrap with side of chips. We would def return and try more and have some cake. Also interesting antique shops.

Advisable to book, we visited on a wet horrible day and the cafe was to capacity when we were there.Yappy dog under one table. Outside toilets were cleanish.Not a problem for me but could be for some, one egg was broken and considering there were eggs wholesale on the farm it wouldn’t have hurt to change it.Another problem for some is menu was mainly vege, not recommended for meat eaters.No marked disabled bays!Staff particularly pleasant, although the guy seemed somewhat stressed, not so much as a good morning.Didn’t see any animals only enclosure, probably more sense and were inside somewhere. Would we return, unlikely due to menu.

We had a brilliant time at the tea room! There are an incredible number of vegan options on the menu - both food and drink, ranging from snacks and hot meals to delicious cakes. The meal sizes are very generous and equally tasty. The staff were super friendly. We are already planning our next visit!

What a lovely find. The Fox in The Stables had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. We had panini with salad and thoroughly enjoyed it. The cakes looked fab but we didn't try them. With indoor and outdoor seating we highly recommend.

Went here on Easter Monday. A nice menu selection. Hearty toasties, and lovely Fluffy jacket potatoes. Went off menu with my Brie and avocado pick that should have been a sandwich filling, this wasnt a problem. Good sized portions on nicely animal themed plates. Teas in classic floral cup and saucers.

An absolute gem of a find. Sat outside under much needed parasol.. Coffee and cake were great, really trying to attract people and such a welcoming vibe... Staff friendly which goes a long way...

Such a lovely little haven, outside seating overlooking fields and just very peaceful.Food is all vegetarian and the sandwiches we had were lovely, full of flavour and big portions!The decor inside is very cute and the service was lovely.The goats are the best and like the little touches like toys for the kids.Will definitely be back!
