Sarah, her husband Simon and their assistant Blaydon offer an exemplary service, and Simon even came round a second time to discuss potential difficulties due to an uneven floor. Sarah’s advice was so helpful and she skilfully steered us away from what really wouldn’t have been right. This intuitive level of service is rare (Hannah at Dwell near Leeds has the same skill).We cannot recommend the Floor Barn highly enough, and the fitter Paul even planed the flooring to ensure a level fit.Outstanding. When we need more flooring, we will come back here.5*

I was so happy to find and visit The Floor Barn. The entire experience was a very good one. No sales pressure. Sarah has a comprehensive knowledge of the flooring and the rug I chose is of high quality, at a competitive price.The fitting of the new floor could not have gone better. Every step of the way was professional from all concerned.One of the best companies I have been involved with. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience from visiting the showroom to the job being completed today.Sarah scheduled two separate jobs Karndean LVT flooring for our living room and entrance hall and stairs and landing carpet.The fitting team were excellent the floor and stairs look absolutely amazing and we cannot recommend highly enough the whole team @ The Floor Barn….

We’ve recently had a new kitchen floor fitted by Simon and his team.From visiting the showroom to measuring up and fitting, the service has been excellent!! We had to move the date of fitting and Simon and the team were very accommodating and helpful also.The floor has been laid to a very high standard and we’re thrilled with it!I would highly recommend the Floor Barn.

We had a brilliant experience from start to finish.We had the whole of our downstairs laminated and two rooms upstairs carpeted. Everything was complete in two days with no disruption to day to day living.We are extremely pleased with the final job and the guys fitting were very attentive to getting everything exactly how we wanted.Thanks very much! Would highly recommend.

Delighted with my new wood flooring for the new kitchen, hallway & WC. The store is lovely and the staff were amazing & very helpful. They came out to measure up and then fitted exactly when they said they would. The finish is incredible, I love it. I have already recommended The Floor Barn to family, who are now currently having their flooring installed by them. Highly recommended.

From the minute we walked through the door we received outstanding service. The Team at Floor Barn could not have been more friendly or helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We chose the bespoke skirting boards to go alongside our Karndean Flooring and they are truly amazing, everyone comments on how fabulous they look. Thank you Team Floor Barn - top quality service from a lovely bunch of people, would highly recommend!
