Gardenio

The guys from Gardenio did a great job pollarding a couple of overgrown trees in my back garden. Filled over 20 bags with branches & cuttings and carried them all through my flat without complaint nor mess. Left my garden much tidier & hugely lighter, many thanks, Rupert.

Greta was very helpful with lots of good ideas and alternatives. Vlado and his team were really friendly and worked hard. We definitely recommend. Our little garden now looks great!

Greta and her team have transformed our very sad and overgrown garden. They've been great to work with at every stage - Greta listened to what we needed at the design stage, stayed within the budget, communicated closely with us. They saved and reused plants where they could and were very clean and tidy. The majority of the work happened while we were on holiday and away from the house, but we were informed at all times. The team are lovely and were so nice to our neighbours (part of the work was to replace fencing) that they hired Gardenio themselves. We love our new garden! I wouldn't hesitate to work with Greta again or to recommend Gardenio.

Very disappointed with some of the landscaping work from Gardenio. I had asked for two flower beds to be created as part of the landscaping work in my garden. I have just found out that a big layer of sand and concrete rubble have been left underneath the flower beds with just compost spread over it. The new gardener we have employed to plant the flower beds, has discovered this (see photos) and has told us that this is highly unprofessional work, to leave sand and rubble knowing it will severely affect plants to grow. Gardenio was very price competitive, but if they had informed me that keeping the cost lower will mean affecting the quality of the flower beds, I would have reconsidered. Really disappointed.

Once I’d contacted Gardenio Greta visited promptly and we discussed options for our garden. We had some ideas but we were also expertly guided by Greta on materials & design. Once the work had started we encountered some quite severe issues and due to Greta’s connections & professionalism we were able to rectify them promptly so the garden works could continue. At a later stage we had to make some adjustments but again Greta and the team organised it and the works were finished on time. I must also mention the brilliant workmanship of Vlado who was a joy to have on the job everyday.An excellent service from beginning to end. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
