I get this subway at least once a week. The service is so good I had to ask my favourite member of staff for his name, something I wouldn't usually do. Pela makes the best subway and provides the best customer service, me and my girlfriend can safely say we have never been so impressed by a subway member of staff. He is a valuable asset to the business and I hope he does well!

I had a good experience here! It is your average subway but the staff are very nice. One staff member in pictular is very nice to me because they know me from eating in the restaurant very often. The place is kept nice and clean as well, its a 5/5 from me!!

Very efficient but soulless. Food was ok but even though the Italian bread was toasted it was still very soggy. Filling was nice but average, have actually tasted better in sandwich bar.

My daughter has celiac disease so there is nothing she can have at subway. I got my lunch there today and they were happy for my little girl to eat the gluten-free chocolate brownie we bought in the restaurant while I ate. The staff are super friendly and I would definitely recommend this particular subway.

Really nice Subway. Staff are friendly and helpful. Not sure what they do to the meat in the steak and cheese but it's very flavoursome. Pepsi dispenser is also very impressive and modern. Overall would recommend highly if in the Finaghy area.

How do I begin to start describing how wonderful this subway and its staff are. The staff are really pleasant and get to know you when you walk in. For me I’m in nearly everyday and I always get a cookie. They know this order off by heart! When I’m getting a sub, it’s not sloppily put together like most subways, care and effort is put into making your order what you want. Don’t be afraid to point something out they have done wrong to them as they will correct it immediately. The food itself is made fresh and all the veggies are fresh. The bread is cooked in-store. The toilet is really clean (flip anything is clean compared to the one in KFC), it is cleaned hourly and is spotless. Definitely the best subway in NI and it is the first stop for when my hunger strikes! ^ET
