Had back pain on and off for ten years before having enough and seeing The Spine Clinic. I had been fobbed off with physio and pain killers through the doctors but here they looked at the root cause. The work they have done has honestly changed my life. For the first time in 10 years there are things I can do and the usual things like sitting down for too long don't have such a negative impact. I would really recommend it. Worth every penny.

I was diagnosed with a bulging disc in 2021, and have experienced significant amount of pain that severely impacted my life. I have tried numerous different treatments, including accupuncture, steroid injections, cupping, massage, chiropractor and physiotherapy. I met a family member who recommended The Spine Clinic to me. On contacting The Spine Clinic, the booking process was extremely easy. Minesh was very warm and welcome and clearly very knowledge in this field. I booked a course of six sessions, which including holistic treatment during the appointment and additional treatment options to carry out at home. Minesh completely changed my outlook on my diagnosis, which allowed me to do things that I haven't done since my diagnosis, like playing football. Whilst at my appointments, the whole clinic was very clean and well set up. I am extremely grateful for all the work they did with me during my sessions, and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering booking treatment at The Spine Clinic.

I tried the spine clinic after coming across them online due to a Lower back issue I have been having for over a year.The quality of service received was amazing. My appointments were very great and Minesh took his time to answer every question or doubt I had. After completing my 3mths program, the pain went down from like a 10 to about a 6 and sometimes 5. The stiffness I felt for a while on my back is completely gone as well. The exercises were easy to follow and I am super grateful to have found the spine clinic.I 100% recommend them. I had been suffering with lower back/sciatic nerve pain for the last 6-7 years which had been getting progressively worse. I contacted The Spine Clinic after reading the perfect reviews they had. It’s truly one of the best things I have done in recent years. My back not only feels 10 times better, but when I do feel slight discomfort, I’m confident with the series of stretches I’ve been prescribed, the discomfort won’t last long at all. If you’re unsure of what to do regarding any type of spine/back pain, I could not recommend The Spine Clinic enough!

I had what I would consider to be a weak back having had 2 slipped discs and frequent lower back pain.I have sought help from numerous sources over the years but in each case a “fix” to the current ailment was all that was offered.The Spine Clinic is different in that a course of treatment is offered, with payment up front, that, if followed, I can honestly say has made a significant difference, not only for the immediate pain but also increased articulation and strength down my entire back.Well worth the money and highly recommended.

I tried the spine clinic after passing by their office every day and thought this may be the place to go to improve my posture.The quality of service received is tremendous. My appointments were excellent and Krishan took his time to answer every question or doubt I had. My posture is improving though I need to keep up with the exercises and I feel more supple and flexible than I have done in many years. The exercises were easy to follow, great vids, and I am delighted to have spine clinic within such easy distance if I need to return.Overall, a real professional outfit. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have just finished a course of treatment at the Spine Clinic and the improvement in my movement and the reduction of pain in such a short time is amazing.If you suffer with back pain as I did, I would have no hesitation in telling you to give the spine clinic a call to discuss your problem. Absolutely brilliant service from Minesh who quickly identified the source of my back pain and gave me a series of stretches/exercises to help and get better. I have had a swift recovery through completing the sessions with the spine clinic. Fully recommend and easy to get along with.

Having struggled with severe neck and shoulder pain for the last 12 months ( diagnosed as arthritis) and told there was nothing that could be done I visited a physio for several sessions which slightly eased the pain for a couple of days only for it to return. As a final attempt to cure the concern I contacted the spine clinic and after 6 sessions I am almost completely free of pain thank you an excellent service and would highly recommend
