Shocking experience for someone new to the area. Taken young child for her first ever blockbuster style experience, pick the movies, pick the sweets. Go to register/pay. Refused because we don’t have paper documentation to prove our identity? Then to be told we should of asked before picking movies and wouldn’t be in this situation - I never knew it was so intensive hiring movies these days. We had a drivers license with old address to prove our name identity. And online all proof of our new address, council tax, energy bill, mortgage, solicitors, proof of completion on the new house. But apparently still not sufficient, offered to show all this AND bring down the paper copies the next day and still unacceptable. Then to be told we can just buy an actual movie to keep… not comical. In a society where we all use Netflix and Disney you would think supporting a local store and wanting to have a full happy family experience would be appreciated. Rather shocked and a very disappointed family.
