Good communication , excellent service and well priced. They were happy to sort out an issue with a leaking seal with our conservatory which had been poorly sealed by a different company. Would use this company again.

A small job but enough to test out honesty and reliability where there might have been room for a rip-off! We had one pane out of six south facing windows where the sealed unit had broken down. I thought maybe they should all be replaced if they were at the end of their life and due to go, but Nick and Duncan came in and said leave the rest until they go and just do the one for now, they look fine. Refreshing to find a company not looking to do unnecessary work and my elderly neighbour will be using them too now. They came when they said they would, bang on time, did the job and left no mess at all and at an excellent price. Highly recommended and they will be our go-to window guys in the future!

I needed all my double-glazed units serviced as some were sticking and others didn't open or close properly. PB Glazing sorted every window and fixed all the issues. We have used Duncan and Nick 3 times and can thoroughly recommend them. We've had all our facias, soffits, guttering and downpipes replaced and the door to our back porch. We recently had a new back door fitted by Nick and Duncan of PB Glazing Wales. The Veka brand upvc door looks really good and the build quality is excellent. Nick And Duncan have done an excellent job installing the door and we are both very pleased and impressed with the standard of their work. All mess and rubbish was cleared away, leaving the area very clean and tidy. We are looking to replace some more doors at the property in time and will certainly use Nick and Duncan’s services again. The guys did a great job in fitting a replacement door to our outbuilding. Prompt to quote, which was very reasonable so didn't feel the need to shop around. They came to fit weeks earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. A very professional finish leaving me with no making good to do. They even fixed an issue we had with an existing door and advised on the solution for another door, which worked. An all round 5* experience, would fully recommend.
