Usually decent enough, but today staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming, my shopping was just flung on the side without a care and overheard staff saying they wanted to strangle themselves. Cashier was extremely rude and tried to make me sound stupid when asking for “green filters” because that’s the colour of the box. Unfortunately this is my only local shop so it’ll have to do.

Never expected to see young staff in charge of a store late evenings & having to witness a shoplifter get away must have been awful for them. Needs security for everyone's safety

my friend was harassed by a young brunette lady who works there, i left my phone in the shop so my friend went and got it and walked out and the woman saw her get JUST the phone and leave. she then started to scream and follow us outside shouting saying are you going to pay for that? and accusing us off stealing

Staff here are awesome, feels like a real community based shop- some items occasionally out of stock but all the basics are there - I go here daily now

Went in yesterday and today. Staff were extremely rude.Yesterday a lady behind the till started commenting and saying rude things about my apperance then today two staff were Harrasing me at the self service checkout saying out of the blueI hope your going to pay for your bags

me and my friend walked into co op and she left her phone and i found it we then walked out with nothing else just the phone and a co op staff comes out and accuse us of stealing a drink they were next to me when i got the phone yet they still came out and accused us of stealing when we didn’t
