SERE Motors MG Belfast

I was in a few months before my second baby came to look at new cars with more space for both kids, pram, shopping etc. I dealt with Gabby who was amazing, I had so many questions, looked at a few options and took a few days to think it over and nothing was too much bother, very friendly and professional. I went with the MG hs exclusive which is very spacious, great tech and well priced. Thank you so much sere and especially Gabby for being so patient with me and helped us to find our new family car in terms even I could understand too! Will see you again for our next upgrade!!

Don't touch SERE with a barge pole! Just walk away as they are just a bunch of condescending sarcastic liars, who want nothing to do with you once a sale has been made.I brought a MG4 on the 6/12/23, immediately didn't get on with it and started to consider another vehicle. On the 11/12/23 the plastic deflector underneath the car came off. I called into SERE on the same day to get it looked at and SERE repaired it as a courtesy. I informed SERE that I intended to replace the car and test drove another vehicle whilst the repairs were undertaken. A sales rep accompanied me on the test drive, but he was constantly checking his watch, made a disparaging comment regarding my driving and was repeatedly suggesting that I should just go home and think about it.When I got home, I inspected the repair and noticed that it was very poor-quality work. The new deflector was warped and misshapen, resembling a roller coaster along its leading edge.I called SERE on the 13/12/23 to say that I wanted to return the vehicle as I was entitled to cancel my order within 14 working days under the Distance Selling Regulations (I purchased the vehicle online and had not seen the vehicle until I collected it)The sales manager incorrectly informed me that I couldn't return the vehicle, only exchange it, despite them having no other vehicles that suited me. I was told to just learn to live with the issues" that I had with the vehicle or trade it in elsewhere.I complained to my finance company who contacted SERE. SERE lied to them and stated that I had viewed

Hi Folks,I bought a new MG ZS from SERE a little over a year ago and I must say I had a great experience dealing with John and sales.Unfortunately this purchase experience has been sadly destroyed by the after sales service team when my MG just stopped in the middle of the road without warning.I was forced to pay for the vehicle to be transported to SERE at my expense, which is when my nightmare began.I can only describe this encounter as awful and stressful to say the least. After waiting a full week with no update I decided to call to be told they still hadn't figured out what the problem was and no offer of a courtesy car, which I then had to request.I waited a further week and still no courtesy vehicle. In one phone call I was told I have other customers needing Courtesy cars and we'll get to yours when we can".I called back the following week to speak with the service manager and the reception I received wasn't much better. At one point she told me it wasn't up to SERE to provide a courtesy vehicle and MG was dealing with it and had told me a car had been ordered through Euorpcar

I have always had the most pleasant experiences when buying my cars from SERE the young intelligent,courteous, helpful and pleasant young lady Gabrielle was amazing and nothing was a bother to her. On collection of my car they were always presented with flowers and is immaculate condition with an amazing valet. I would never go anywhere else
