My iMac, bought just before lockdown, was always painfully slow and no help or genius bar attendances made much difference. It remained much slower than my previous one, described as vintage by Apple.Before dumping it, terminally frustrated, I visited Chris who assured me that adding a SSD would greatly improve it's performance.He was a pleasure to deal with, carried out the work quickly and I can report that I now have a transformed desktop that functions as one would expect.Can highly recommend.

I had a very annoying problem with the external monitors suddenly stopping working on my iMac, and research indicated I'd need a logic board replacement. NCS were very responsive and straightforward on likely costs. When I brought the iMac in it was very quickly diagnosed as not needing new LB, saving me a lot of money! Highly recommended.

Absolute legend!!! Chris upgraded my imac as it couldn't handle the workload I needed it to. Price was great for the quality of service and how quick he got it done and it's so much faster now which has made my workflow so much quicker without having to wait for programmes to load. he even got rid of a programme that was causing issues with my CPU as I couldn't seem to get rid of it. can't recommend him enough and definitely know where to go if I have any computer problemsThanks so much

Great service at NCS. We have used Chris previously when we had a fault with an iMac, he responded to our initial call extremely quickly and recoved our system within an hour. Recently we asked him to upgrade a 2018 iMac 27inch, he replaced the drive with a 1TB SSD and added 32gb of ram, this machine now flies... The cost was very competitive, the service was exceptional. If you are a mac user and need assistance NCS should be your first call if you have any issues. 100% good service.
