We rented a house as students from Jeet for 10-months and he was very attentive, sorted out any issues immediately, responded on time and was very easy to work with especially as students!We would definitely recommend to others as not only do they have a beautiful aesthetic but they are well looked after and feel like home!

Great with any maintenance issues as they were fixed quickly. House is good size and warm in winter. All rooms have en-suites and double beds, fair size room. Washing machine, dishwasher and other convenience items. The property landlord Jeet is a nice person who is always ready to help us. Location is good also with 5 buses to town within 10 mins walk and a train station 5 minutes away. Good club down the road so good nightlife. Aldi 10 minute walk and there is a bus which you can take also. Next to selly oak park so good for walks on Sundays. Would definitely recommend to all students booking with jeet.

Our daughter stayed for a year in one of Jeet's Birmingham properties, the house was presented and maintained to a very high standard. I highly recommend Stoneyard Property if you are looking for a positive rental experience with a very good landlord.

It’s a really great house , well furnished and in a good location . The landlord always helps to solve any issues that may occur in the house and is really friendly . Had a fantastic 2 years living in that house !
