TIME WASTERS AVOID - had my landrover discovery sport in for over 3 weeks and not lifted a finger on it.every time i rang for an update i was fobbed off and told they will get around to it this week.not once did anyone ring me. so i made the decision to go else where. Worst service ever ! If you want to waste time and be waiting weeks on end for your car to get sorted these are your people to go to!

I've used this garage for the past few yrs for some services and the odd fix here and there . Generally service is good and price is reasonable.However the last service the previous month fell short of the expected standards.1. I was charged the standard hourly rate of £80+vat (£96) to fix the front bumper park sensor . But after one jet wash it had come out again so I assumed this couldn't have been attached properly by taking off the whole bumper 1st. Waste of £96!2. I was charged 2hrs labour for a 128k miles/96months service . I assume this must have included the time it took them to drive my car around (whilst presumably listening to music on their phone using the Bluetooth facility! ) to burn off the 'DPF full' warning - something I could have done myself on the way back home from the garage had they bothered to ask me first before depleting what little diesel I had left then charging me for the privilege!3. They don't seem to update the jaguar service online records anymore which is another disappointment.I'm not local and have travelled from north Manchester to this garage because of the good services in the past but I don't think I'll be making the trip again after this recent hugely negative experience where £200 of the service was pretty much money down the drain!

Good company.They checked out my vehicle and sorted out my service.And gave me a plorsable explanation for the faults that have been occurring.All without charge, some companies would charge you for the hours they had spent looking for these problems, but they did not..just a honest explanation for what they think is happening and what l should do if it occurs again. Really impressed with the customer experience when I recently booked my XJ in for an interim oil change. Much cheaper than main dealer and probably more knowledgeable. Won't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Performed 84 month service on my 2016 XFS diesel and an MOT for roughly £800 LESS than what a main dealer quoted, all within one day, and even stayed on site after closing time to allow me to pick the keys up after the taxi I called to take me to pick my car up for stuck in traffic because of an accident somewhere.Can't recommend enough. Will use again.

I was recommended to visit Elite Cars by a friend, i had taken my Jaguar to my local garage for convenience to try and locate a noise from the suspension. My local garage could not find the fault. I phoned Elite Cars and booked my vehicle in for diagnosis and repair, within 2 hours of dropping my vehicle off a full diagnosis and estimate was emailed to me. WOWThese guys know there stuff

Poor service and a very irresponsible garage! Over charge the maintenance fee! They deteriorated my car after I didn’t use their service because the maintenance fee is too over-priced. I asked them to re-fix it and they just said they have nothing to do. A very irresponsible garage which I never seen in Manchester

An extremely busy garage, because they can fix whatever you throw at them. They have always been polite, and told me what they can and can't do. (they don't do insurance work.) but servicing and any maintainence they are very capable, very knowledgable, and try to meet (sometimes unrealistic) customer timelines. Pricing is cheaper that a main dealer, for the same expert technicians. Because they are so busy, things don't always happen as quickly as a customer may hope, for example my MOT was done at the latter part of the day and my MOT failed upon needing new tyres. At that point in the day they could not magic up tyres and so the completion was into another day. I'd rather have these experienced specialists technicians work on my car than a cheaper unexperienced back street garage. So the only small criticism is they need more technicians to get through more work more quickly... Would recommend Elite.

I will never use any other garage. Thank god we found elite. Another garage told us we needed a new engine after looking at the car for 1 hour. Dave thoroughly inspected our discovery and fitted a new timing chain, he serviced the car and changed the rear brake pads. The car has never driven so well and Elite saved us £11000! Honestly do not read any of the bad reviews, lovely man and a reliable garage which is reasonably priced. What more could you want?
